Custom orders take 1-3 weeks, depending on the shape of the design and/or stock availability.

All orders shipped internationally are shipped Tracked & Signature Confirmation. They are shipped with the First class Mail and passed over to the mail services in your country. You will receive an email with tracking information shortly after your order has shipped. You will be able to check your order destination.

🔘 We offer a one-year warranty on each piece, FREE services orders over 150$, covering any issues, cleaning, polishing, repairs, and resizing (the ring can only go up 0.5/1 size). in such cases, you can send your piece back for FREE services at any time and we will send you instructions on how and where to get these services.

We only accept returns, NO exchanges and NO cancellations. (Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyers are responsible for any loss in value. We accept 30-day return policy).

🔘 WRAPPING
Your MT Divine Jewelry will be securely and beautifully packaged. Care instructions and contact information are included with your order. Your jewelry will arrive with a free gift box and a polishing cloth.
🔘 How to care
Please note that all handmade jewelry pieces are delicate and should be handled with care.
Detailed care instructions will be added to your order.
Remember to avoid contact with water, Do not wear when swimming/taking a shower or doing any sports.
Store the jewelry in the dry containers/boxes or bags.
For cleaning use proper polishing cloth/special cleaning and polishing solutions.
If you use the wrong solution or cloth, the jewelry may will be damaged, carefully clean the jewelry using warm soapy water and a polishing cloth and dry immediately.
Please note that tarnishing is a natural process. It is normal for sterling silver jewelry to darken and tarnish, and this process can happen faster when the metal is in contact with water, makeup, foundation, perfume sprays, or any creams.

We use only higher quality materials, the materials we use for each piece of jewelry are always listed in the product description, we carefully select suppliers for our work. We use natural gemstones, sterling silver 925, metals and enamels. We make sure that they all respect fair trade and provide a safe working environment.
