       Custom orders take 1-3 weeks, depending on the shape of the design and/or stock availability.

       We will contact you with an update in case of a delay caused by unforeseen circumstances.

       If you would like to make any changes in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for any change. After 24 hours we cannot make any changes to the order, because it is already in process of preparation.

        If we do not have the exact shape or color you have chosen, we will contact you immediately and do our best to help you choose the best option.

      Our jewelry is made by hand, it is not cold enamel poured by a machine. Each piece is handmade by real person, so when ordering your chosen design, please note that the jewelry made will not be copied and will not exactly repeat the shape or design you have chosen. It will certainly be similar, but will have its own individual design. This is what makes handmade jewelry unique and inimitable.   

       Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen. These differences should not be significant and will not affect the overall appearance of the product.
